Public transport

  • Metro: The easiest way to reach South Campus is by metro.
    1. Take line M1 to Islands Brygge Station (5-minute walk to campus).
    2. Alternatively, take line M2 to Amagerbro Station (10-15-minute walk on gravel paths).
  • Bus: Line 33 runs from Rådhuspladsen (Town Hall Square) to South Campus.

Tickets for public transport 
Tickets valid for train/bus/metro can be bought from the red vending machines at all stations as well as on the DOT Tickets app

Single tickets for two zones cost DKK 24 and are valid for travel for one hour 15 minutes. A ticket from the airport to the city centre is three zones, costs DKK 30 and is valid for one hour 30 minutes.

Transport from Copenhagen Central Station
  • Metro: Take line M3 or M4 from the central station København H. Change at Kongens Nytorv to line M1 towards Vestamager and exit at Islands Brygge. The total travel time is 16 minutes, followed by a 5-minute walk to the venue.

Transport from Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup) to South Campus:
  • Metro: Take line M2 from the airport. Change at Christianshavn to line M1 towards Vestamager and exit at Islands Brygge. The total travel time is approximately 20 minutes, followed by a 5-minute walk to the venue.
  • Taxi: A taxi from the airport to South Campus takes about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Ride-Hailing Services

Services such as Uber, Bolt, and Lime (for e-scooters and bikes) are available in Copenhagen and can be convenient for short distances.
